Top national and state agricultural officials are arranging schedules and making plans to attend the 14th annual Agribusiness Management Conference set for Nov. 8, 1995, in Fresno, California.

Conference organizers have tabbed Keith Collins, chief economist for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, as a key speaker. Collins, along with Vernon Crowder, vice president and senior economist for Bank of America Corporation, will discuss national and state economic trends.

Other portions of the one-day event will include a 1996 outlook on central California's key agricultural commodities; a panel discussion on marketing order issues; and an agricultural finance session.

The annual conference is designed to provide information to growers, managers, attorneys, accountants and other professionals active in agricultural production, agribusiness and related services.

Sponsors include the Center for Agricultural Business, which operates as one of the major research centers of California State University, Fresno's California Agricultural Technology Institute, and Bank of America Corp.

The event will be held at the Centre Plaza Holiday Inn. Advance registration fee is $75. Late registration (after Nov. 2) is $90. For more information call (559) 278-4405.
